Lapdogs of the Bourgeoisie Class Hegemony in Contemporary Art

How exactly, and to what extent does class play a role in the production, direction, criticality and dissemination of contemporary art? This is the question posed by the exhibition, and although many of the works inadvertantly make a slippage between an idea of class and an idea of the art world as being a class in and of itself, this remains a thought provoking and timely exhibition.
